Deploying New Branding For Lead Generation
I helped roll out Cetaphil’s new brand look across all their CRM channels, giving everything a fresh, cohesive feel. We used close-up imagery, product outlines, and bold graphic elements to strengthen brand recognition. I also revamped their email templates to make them cleaner, more efficient, and easier to navigate, improving both the user experience and performance. As part of a more personalized customer journey, I designed a landing page, opt-in form, and email templates with dynamic modules that delivered curated product recommendations based on results from Cetaphil’s AI Skin Analysis quiz. We tested performance through open rates, click-through rates, and overall interaction to refine the experience. To streamline production, I also created an automated Photoshop file to quickly generate custom thumbnails using product mock-ups, making it easy to incorporate future product launches.

This initiative involved implementing a more modern, clinically-driven visual system with new branded graphic assets, trimming down copy for faster reads, adding personalized touches, and reworking modules to create shorter, more engaging emails.
